I do not have any IT or Cybersecurity background. Can I apply?
Yes, absolutely! Even if you do not have any IT or Cybersecurity background we will make sure that we start with the fundamentals and then move on to the advance concepts in an incremental and easy to understand manner.
How can these programs help with my career development?
If you are already working in IT then you can always move horizontally by going into a different role. Our hands-on training coupled with industry certifications and work experience helps you achieve that goal.
What are my payment options?
You can pay via Bank Transfer or you can come to our office and pay using your Credit Card or Debit Card.
Please Note: We only accept Master and Visa and there will be a surcharge of 3% for all Credit Card Transactions and 1% for all Debit Card Transactions.
Can you help me get a job?
We are actively seeking partnerships with industry vendors and a lot of our previous students have got jobs with the help of work experience and quality training we provide. We will certainly help you to achieve that goal in the best possible way.
How do I enroll in a course?
You need to book a free information session first and then you can get yourself enrolled once all your questions have been answered and you are satisfied.

Am I eligible for a concession or exemption?
We do promote women in IT and also if you are jobless and trying to get into IT, you can certainly apply for a scholarship. Every application is dealt on merit and on a case by case basis. We do have discounts from 10% to 75% for qualified and selected candidates.
My course is not what I expected, what can I do?
Make sure that you ask all the questions during the information session and once you are completely satisfied ask any follow up questions and then get yourself enrolled. After you enroll, your first class is free. At the end of the first class you are entitled to ask for a full refund as long as you do not take any learning material. After that, there will be an admin fee deduction of 20% and then any classes that you have attended will be deducted on a pro rata basis.
Are there exams or is my course assessment based?
We do not take assessments but we do prepare students for the industry certifications and in order to check their readiness to sit for the exam and pass, we ask students to go through assessments so that they can check their exam readiness before they actually go for the exam.
How long will it take to complete one course?
We have a range of different Course Programs from Short Courses to Two Years Internships. Depending on your program of choice you can enroll in Six Months, Nine Months, Twelve Months or Eighteen Months Internship which will be one day per week, 4-6 hours face-to-face and then one day of self study per week.
How much does one course cost?
The cost of the course varies depending on what course you choose but it varies from $3000 to $5000 for each selected course.
How many courses can I take?
Usually we recommend students to enroll in one course at a time to maximize the benefit and learning but you can talk to us if you want to enroll in more than one course at a time.
I am a recent college graduate. Can I apply?
Yes, we do encourage college graduates to apply. In fact, we actually encourage students as young as 15 to enroll in our internship programs so that when they finish school they are ready to embark on a career in IT.
Where are courses held?
Our courses are face-to-face, held in Sydney and Melbourne and online worldwide.
When can I start my course?
You can start your course as soon as you have enrolled and a start date has been given to you. Usually our courses start every 3 to 6 months.
